Take time to be gentle with yourself. This week has been emotional & especially for those out there protesting. I am blown away by the bravery of those out there, some literally putting their lives at risk in order to bring about justice for George Floyd and the men and women before him who’s lives have been taken at the hands of police. I feel like the change is here and the change is happening but only time will tell.
