Happy Monday lovelies, I’m going to start this weeks blog posts off with some pretty pink, which will be this weeks colour theme. Last week was blue and white (see here) and though I don’t know how long these colour themed weeks will last, they’re fun for now. I don’t own a huge amount of pink pieces and not for any particular reason other then I just tend to lean towards other colours, plus the pink section in any shop is usually quite few and far between. But that said, I think it’s a colour that I am coveting more and it’s just a matter of finding the right styles and the right colour tone of pink, which isn’t always easy. I tend to be drawn to the softer hues of pink, rather then the more vibrant variations of pink but that’s just how I feel right now.
Though the dress I am wearing in today’s post is no longer available, as unfortunately for the consumer it came in and sold very quickly, which I think this was due it’s good price point! I thankfully was able to get my hands on it and during the hot spell we had a few weeks back it was a very easy and light piece to wear. I’ve even found a way I’m going to combine it in a way that’s appropriate for the early part of autumn too! Because pink shouldn’t be saved for just the spring and summer, as it can look just as stylish with some warmer toffee browns in the autumn and then unexpectedly chic and festive with burgundy’s and reds once we reach Christmas time.
I hope you liked today’s post.
Sending you love and light,
