Mothers Day Diary

Happy Monday lovelies. Yesterday we celebrated Mother’s Day here in the U.K and today I wanted to share a few informal shots that I gathered throughout the day. I am one of the lucky few who got to be with my mum and sister for this day of love and appreciation and this is because we have all been in isolation and practically live together. But I know it’s yet another Mother’s Day where a lot of people don’t get that privilege and I know wholeheartedly how fortunate I am to have that.

We had a little bit of sunshine to start the day, followed by some yummy homemade carrot cake baked by Nova-Rose’s father, I admired my beautiful roses and soaked up the sweet sight of Nova-Rose playing with her dolls. As a wise bear once said “ sometimes the smallest things can take up the most room in your heart” and how right he was. Motherhood is the greatest gift I have ever been given and I count my blessings for every Mother’s Day I get to experience.

Sending you love and light,

Daniella x
