A Cosy Cardigan & The Sparkly Headband

Happy Monday lovelies! Its only a few days until Christmas day and I know here in the UK the Christmas spirit is not exactly high right now, due to the governments decision to put in place stricter measurements for families over the Christmas period. It’s going to be tough for so many people and for many different reasons. Christmas is a time for togetherness and family, whether thats the family you were born into or the one you have created. I know saying to stay positive isn’t a cure but I am at a bit of a loss on what to say. I guess feel what you need to feel and then do ones best to find a way to move though this in a way that you know how. I am lucky to have been self isolating with my family.

The other day I bought a Vogue magazine for the first time in months and months due to not being able to get them delivered with the grocery shopping and so I just stopped trying. But then on a very rare trip to a supermarket I nabbed one and though the January issue is never really a favourite of mine, I felt good to flip through its heavily advertised pages once again. The headband I am wearing in these photos I was saving for Christmas day but then I rebelled and chose to make the most of this beautiful sparkly piece. The cardigan I am wearing has been one of the very few items I have bought this past autumn and I am in love with the colour which is so on point for this time of year. It is also 2 way cardigan, if you button it up and wear in reverse, it makes for a stylish sweater as well. Handy huh!

Sending you love, light and positive energy,

Daniella x
