Classic Check Prints & Brown Boots

Happy Monday lovelies! We took these photos back in October where I am wearing a few of my buys that I have invested in for this autumn and of course (hopefully) long after that. This check print shirt has slotted quite well into my existing wardrobe, though I did find the cut a little odd but I do adore it’s petite collar and the detailing that adds a beautifully delicate touch to an otherwise classic print. I love classic styles first and foremost but its nice when brands sometimes take those classic designs and give them a little something extra. I styled the blouse with a classic pair of straight jeans and suede ankle boots.

I consider brown ankle boots to be an autumn staple and particularly if they come in a suede or suede like material. The ones I am wearing are from last year and I think brown/tan suede ankle boots are again, a timeless style and a style I always come back to. Below I have selected a few of my favourite check print tops and brown ankle boots. Some styles are classic and some have been given a slightly more modern update, either way I am happy with my selection and I hope you like it too.

Sending you love and light for the week ahead,

Daniella x
