Close To Nature, Simple In Style

Happy Monday lovelies!
It’s been a week since I last posted, I have been quite unwell for the last eight days and so I have simply not had the energy to blog In the same way that I usually do. I’m still quite unwell but I remain hopeful that my body is healing slowly but surly. As you may know, I already suffer with M E and so when I get unwell with anything, it’s like having a virus on top of an existing virus. It’s easy to get bogged down in low vibrational thoughts and though I have moments where I feel a little down and sorry for myself, I try my best to look for the lesson in times of hardship. I question what can I learn from this challenge, how can I overcome it and how do I work with the energy that’s presenting itself to me. In this instance, on a physical level, it’s been about sitting back, resting, nourishing my body with clean juices and investing In the correct supplements for myself. On a spiritual level I’ve found I need to have faith and trust that this is a moment in time and if I follow my intuition, rest and nourish my mind and body then I will eventually recover from this and the energy will start to shift.

Anyway despite being unwell, I am not shy of blog content as I am always backlogged with my outfit photos. This was a perfect outfit for a warm summers day. A Classic black and white look but neutralised with the natural coloured bucket hat. If the hindrance of this summer has taught me anything (sartorially speaking) it’s the ease that comes with simplifying my summer style.

Sending you love and light,

Daniella x
