Who even needs shoes these days?! Though I love all my gorgeous pairs of shoes and all my comfortable sneakers, I do love the freedom of going bare foot this time of year and well, even more so in these homeward bound times. I’m a big believer in grounding our energy and we are able to do that by keeping our feet bare and to the ground, I just love sinking my bare feet into cool, crisp grass and recharging my energy with the help of Mother Nature. Even just around the home, I feel more connected to the grounding energy if I’m bare foot.
How is everyone keeping? Conan goes back to work next week and it’s scary because it makes everything feel even more uncomfortable in these unpredictable and uncertain times. I’m trying to remain calm and just give any worries or fears to my angels for healing because right now that’s all I can do. I always try and remember that Worrying doesn’t help the outcome we desire and in the mean time, it will just serve to effect our health and happiness. Sometimes we simply have to release and have faith in the future and what it holds for us.
Though I don’t want to get too political on here, I have to say after Boris Johnson’s speech, it must be said that I would urge anyone reading this to strongly consider following your own intuition rather then following what we are being told. I think his words and actions are in the interest of the economy rather then the interest of our wellbeing and the wellbeing of the children and elderly in this country. We are heading into an age and time where we must sometimes challenge what our world leaders say, challenge what we have always been told and what we have been conditioned to believe. Let’s no longer ignore what our instincts our telling us, even if our own thoughts, views and feelings are not of popular opinion, Honour your thoughts and have trust in yourself, you may be surprised to learn that there are others who think the same too.
Sending you love and light,
