These photos were taken on probably the only sunny day that has occurred this winter! They were taken almost a month ago now, we took so many that it was challenging making the time to go through and edit them all. But here they are and seeing the results tmakes me so happy that we make the effort to document our family days out when we can. We visited Minehead beach and given that this beach is only thirty minutes away, we really should utilise this more often and so this year we are going to make more of an effort to get there on a regular basis. The beach like any destination that is nature oriented is rejuvenating for my soul. Being by the ocean is mesmerising, watching the gentle waves, the tide coming in and out, for me, is healing. I imagine the water washing away my worries, fears and anxiety and then delivering positive, healing and abundant energy in return. Like taking away the old and replacing it with new!
This day we took Nova-Rose and our nephew carter and we enjoyed proper British seaside chips which we followed up with ice cream, despite it being cold because my nephew is an ice cream fiend and insisted that we must have ice cream at the beach, though we could be at the library and he’d insist we need to have ice cream! In reflection a library was probably a terrible hypothetical because that kid in a library would be, well, it be would interesting to say the least! Well, I know that there are like a million photos here but I am so fond of how they came out and it’s just a pleasure to share them.
Wishing you a wonderful to start to a new week in a new month. Love and light to you,
