As we look forward to Spring, i’m starting to look at what is going to be inspiring my spring style. I’m a big fan of neutrals anytime of the year but theres something about gentle and neutral tones that feels like the perfect pallet cleanser just as we start to (hopefully) say goodbye to the colder days and welcome the warmer ones.
Style Tip 1:
When styling neutrals try to create chic spring layers with diverse textures. For instance, like in the mood board i’ve created above, i’ve selected a (faux) leather top to be paired with a knitted skirt and then some clear, vinyl sandals.
Style Tip 2:
Styling neutrals can end up looking like one beige blur if you’re not thoughtful. Add small but necessary splashes of a stronger colour tone or maybe even a hint of print. You can do this whilst still staying in the neutral colour spectrum, like i’ve done with the tortoise shell sunglasses and the interesting chain detailing on the bag and also the touch of snake print on the sandals.
I hope you like todays Mood Board.
Sending you love and light,
