OOTD: Affinity For Simplicity

Back in December when I was still shooting looks of mine, I wore this simple ensemble which included this faux sheepskin coat which has been one of my fave purchases this season, not to mention one of my warmest purchases. I think a cream and black combination is a classic look that always works well and continues to look chic. I remember years ago just not long after I began documenting my outfits through photos, I wore mostly cream, black and white looks. Though the outfit photos were super rookie, they still remain to be some of my favourite outfits and that I should think about sharing them on here sometime.

In these last couple of months of being pregnant, I have definitely found an affinity with a more simplistic approach to dressing but that may just be because oversized knits, leggings and boots are the only things I can really fit into and whilst comfort is always a key fixture of my personal style, that statement has never been more relevant then in these last two months.

Anyway, I hope come Monday I will be able to report that i’ve had our baby because yesterday was my due date and I really want to be able to go into labour naturally as apposed to an induced labour.

Have a great Friday and a lovely weekend.

Sending you love and light,

Daniella x
