If there’s one good thing about this warmer autumn, it’s that I’ve been able to do bare legs comfortably! And yes, I’ve been making the most of it. Though these photos were taken back in September, the bare leg parade hasn’t halted through much of October so far, apart from on the very wet and windy days that’s we’ve also seen a fair amount of. Mini skirts have weirdly been a bit of an unexpected style savour for me throughout this pregnancy so far. Though the skirt may fall a little shorter then I’m used too, they also sit nice and high on my waist, allowing my bump to feel relatively free underneath, unlike trousers that feel a little constricting at times. So don’t be surprised when you see me sporting more mini skirts over the next couple of weeks.
This corduroy skirt has been back making the rounds and though I don’t know if it currently still fits me, as each week changes but through September and the early part of October it was holding on in there. I loved how it looked paired with the biker jacket, a roll neck and polo top for a retro layered look.
Last week I decorated our home a little for Autumn/Halloween and I took some photos of what I’ve done and so for tomorrow’s post I’ll share some of what I’ve done. Do you like to decorate for Autumn/Halloween? I guess I’m just a very festive person and I like to take the opportunity to get creative. Anyway, more on that tomorrow.
Wishing you all a wonderful start to your week and sending you lots of love and light,
