What to do when your boyfriend is halfway through building his shed? You cease the opportunity to do your latest outfit shoot of course! Well at least that’s what I did when I shot these photos. For a short while our home turned into his work station, I had to grit my teeth and smile through all the dust and tools spread out everywhere, which wasn’t easy, for someone who is a Tidy Heidi like myself. Ah but thankfully the shed is complete and he’s even letting me hang some hanging plants off the shed and so all is good in the hood.

Todays look features an old leopard print top that for ages I couldn’t find, when finally I rediscovered it in an old MATCHESFASHION box because we know their boxes are too beautiful to throw away! And though I’m not a huge lover of leopard print, I do have the odd piece hanging on my rail or in this case hidden away in a box and every now and again I get the desire to style the iconic print. I styled it with a pink pleated skirt that was bought in M&S sale. Whilst I think leopard print tends to look best styled with classic black or simple white, I decided that the pop of pink was a little more unexpected and more in tune with the spring season. If you look closely you will also see a flash of pastel purple with the collar of the shirt I’m wearing underneath the printed top.

I hope your like todays look and wishing you all a great start to your week!

love and light to you,

Daniella xox
