Do you have the feeling that your life is on the brink of change? Just before Christmas I felt that 20180 wasn’t going to be an abundant year but mostly I felt like there was going to big change of some kind. Change has always put fear into me, i’m someone who naturally seeks the comfort of what is familiar to me because that’s where I feel safe. But I am learning to embrace change because change, good or bad, means growth and growth is good. Growth if you allow it, is enlightening.

Change for me is like you know when you’re a kid and you’re to scared to go down a big slide but then you’re parents are like, “just do it, you’ll love it and want to do it again and again once you’ve tried it” and then you go down the slide and you realise it was awesome and that you do want to do it again and again. Well, thats how I’m trying to program my brain. I’m trying to tell myself that just because something seems unknowing and scary doesn’t mean that it will be scary and the change that frightens me could actually end up being exciting and something that I want to experience again and if not well at least I didn’t let the fear stop me.

Whether a big change comes in 2018 or not, I think i’m ready to embrace it, learn from it and hopefully grow from it.

How do you feel about change?

Take care,

Daniella xox
