I am loving how versatile this oversized red shirt is turning out to be! Today’s looks show how I was wearing in the late summer (outfit 2) and how i’m wearing now (outfit 1) in the Autumn. Wearing it the summer, I styled it with a beige blazer and vintage denim which structurally always creates the perfect hi-low balance. The beige tones of the blazer was the perfect compliment to neutralise the intensity of the red. Though I am not the biggest fan of red and green together (unless it’s Christmas) this was a great exception with green colour frames of the retro sunnies, creating an instant pop against the red shirt.
For my latest approach in styling the shirt I decided to embrace its oversized fit. I also added in a couple of new additions such as my toyshop mustard coloured shoes, which I haven’t stopped wearing and this bag by Pauls Boutique, which can work as a backpack also. I like how the shoes and bag created a somewhat colour blocking effect when paired with the red shirt.
Hope you like these two looks.
Take care,
Daniella xox

Your way of doing the oversized style is just oh so chic. I love the shots with you hugged by the tall grass. I seem to have forgotten what it is called, haha. You are right about red’s intensity and toning it down with neutrals like you did is something I do too 😀 x

lol I would call it tall grass too as I don’t know the name for it either. I’m glad you like the pairing of the red with the neutrals also xx
