In the early days of the summer sales, I bought this beautiful red shirt via Joseph. It appears that I’m very much into wearing red this year but particularly this summer and I’ve been looking for a good red collared shirt for while now and this one came up discounted, I knew I had to act and snap it up whilst I could. When I first started to looking for a red shirt, I was edging to getting a silk one by Equipment, as I have Β couple of their shirts and I love how they look and fit. But this oversized style felt modern as opposed to typically classic, though i do believe a piece such as this will go on to be timeless.

The he photos were set with the backdrop of my Nan and granddad’s garden where a pear tree grows and the light scent of lavender brushes past you ever so softly in the summer breeze. A classic British garden set deep I the countryside, sorrounded by hills for as far as the eye can see, was just what this combination needed to offset the modern-classic nature of this look.

Take care and wishing you a creative week ahead,

Daniella xox
