I know to talk about time going by so quick is just as common as talking about the weather but sometimes it amazes me how quickly time does go by! Like, it’s Friday already but even crazier then that we are in June and omg we are already half way through the year! I was just sat here thinking how every year goes faster and faster and sometimes that can be a scary thought. I often think when we plan things that we can’t help but look forward to, does that make time speed up because instead of being present in the moment we are too busy thinking about the next exciting event. Like the saying goes, “life happened when you’re making plans”. Currently we are excited about our dear friend returning from London for the week and a bit and then next weekend we will be celabrating my birthday, which I admit I do spend a fair bit of time thinking about. This is of course fine because it’s nice to have things to look forward to but I still want to try and remember that I shouldn’t get to caught up in thinking about a future event because I’ll miss out on the possibilities for creating unexpected memories in the present. I am without doubt becoming more and more aware of how quickly life can pass you by and I just want to soak up as much of it as I can.

Todays look was about creating a mix of heavier and lighter proportions in where I would find an even amount of comfortability whilst the weather undecided between warm and cold.

Take le care and wishing you all great Friday and a fun weekend,

Daniella xox
