Believe it or not I have had this outfit idea in my notes on my phone for over a year now. I originally wanted to wear this in the Spring last year but I never got around to wearing it. It’s one of those outfit’s that I regretted not wearing and so in the spirit of not having regrets, I chose to just get on and wear it.
Speaking of regrets, do you have them? For me there are of course things that I have regretted either doing, saying or reacting to but at the same time, I try to remember that instead of being regretful which can often lead to feeling guilty, to instead remember to treat those questionable times as a lesson rather then a regret. Even the things that seem like they were bad judgements at the time, ultimately lead us to where we are as individuals now, they have the ability to shape who we are for the better. At least that’s what I believe to be true. That’s why I have come to learn, that’s it doesn’t have to be about regrets, that will only bog you down and to instead use these times as lessons that we can grow from. We are only human, we will make mistakes and that’s okay, just own them and learn from them. You also never know, as what seemed like a regretful decision at the time, might just turn out to be a fundamental part of your life, which you may just be thankful for that only time will tell.
Let me know your thoughts,
