You would have to of been hidden under a rock to not notice that gingham is EVERYTHING right now! In fairness it’s been making its way up through the ranks in the last couple of years but it seems that 2017 is going to be gingham’s peek time! It would be so easy for me to just spend all my spare money’s on all things gingham right now because in honestly whenever I see a gingham top, skirt, trousers, you know name t, if its gingham, then I want to buy it! But, that’s just what happens when something is “on trend” it consumes you and makes you think you need it all. So I am proud to say I have reframed from buying to many gingham pieces, in fact I have only bought this green top from Warehouse.

For my first time styling it, I styled it with my hight waisted Isabel Marant culottes and valet green blazer. This blazer never seems to show up well in photo’s for some reason and it’s rather annoying because it is such a nice piece. I teamed an old pair of nude kitten heels with the outfit, as I wanted the main focus to be on the top half of the outfit. I can’t promise that this will be the only gingham item I will be buy this spring/summer but for now I am content with this green addition.

Are you buying into Gingham this Spring/summer?

Take care,

Daniella xox
