Oh Monday monday, you always come around so quickly! Not that I mind Monday’s but time just seems to be flying by at the moment. October through to Christmas is always a busy time of year, there are many birthdays and events that take place and though I cant complain because it’s a good kind of busy, it does make time go by very quickly and cause me to be a little flustered with getting all that I need to do, done. But i’ve learnt to try not to get stressed when time feels as though it is not on my side because that simply distracts the mind and puts stress on the body, making daily tasks even more difficult then they need to be. We are in control of what we spend our time on and so it is up to us how we use that time most efficiently and that includes taking ten minutes to yourself a few times throughout the day, as I believe it’s not just important but that its necessary to maintain clarity.

Moving on to the outfit and I am truly obsessed with this blouse! I love how the frilled neck and frilled sleeves bring a sense of vintage charm and character to an outfit and how it is a great alternative to a standard shirt or blouse. For the autumn/winter it will continue to create a point of interest worn under classics knits or I would even like to try the blouse with something velvet, as I believe this will look very chic. But for today’s look I kept it relatively simple with classic denim, last years favourite boots, a classic navy knit and my snake bag for a touch of print.

Have a great week,

Daniella xox
