Hey, I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. After a couple weeks of nice weather, the weekend took a bit of a drizzly turn but it was a still a nice weekend. A friend of mine has just opened her new shop Vantage at No 7 and so we stopped by there to help her set up an Instagram account for the store. I am so insanely happy for her, she has dreamt of owning her own shop for years and her vision has now become a reality. She has a great sense of style and her eye for detail has inspired me over the years and this translates all through the store in her refined selection of unique pieces. I truly look forward to seeing where this new venture takes her.
Moving on to todays look and the #summervibes were high when I wore this, which made it possible for me to wear this super summery outfit. I don’t think I ever got to wear anything like this last summer, we simply didn’t have the temperature’s for it, well, apart from when we went to Miami. About a month or so ago Wears My Money, a favourite Instagram account of mine that I follow mentioned how good the M&S sale was and so I decided to check it out. Long story short, I impulsed bought three pieces from the Alexa Chung Archive collection that amounted to £24.00! Yes, £24.oo and this camisole top was one of those pieces. Then a couple of days later I picked up this amazing printed skirt for just £12.00, also from Marks & Spencers. Turns out the buys were a good impulsive decision as I loved all the pieces. I have had my eye on this skirt for ages and so when it was the last 8 in the store, I knew I had to just go for it and especially with the price being so low.
I hope you like the look and wishing you all a lovely week,
