Instead of my usual kind of outfit photos, I thought i’d share some more detailed shots. The focus is on this stunning floral print skirt. It’s not new, Ive had it for a few years now but i’ll admit it has been a little neglected, as I have worn it in a long time. The vibrancy the skirt possesses with its eye catching floral print and strong colour pallet works exceedingly well when paired down with a simple neutral cashmere knit. Not only does this amplify the focus on the striking effects of the skirt but is the perfect for keeping that bit of warmth that we still need during these slightly colder then usual days of spring.
I didn’t manage to get a full shot of this outfit but you can see that I opted for a pair of black oxford’s to bring a simple and masculine twist to the outfit. I can never make up my mind with what looks more casual, tying my hair up or leaving down doing it own natural thing? But in today’s look I went with hair up, in a loose, low and slightly messy bun.
Well, we are excited for our long weekend, which actually starts today! Four days with my love, i’m a lucky girl.
Take care,
Daniella xox

It’s such a lovely colour palette, and I’m glad to see that you were able to bring it out. The print is charming and I like that it’s a tad darker print with the dark blue, goes well with your neutral cashmere jumper. Happy Friday, Daniella. xx/Madison
