I loved wearing this outfit and I love how the photos turned out. It was one those looks, that came into my head but I wasn’t sure if it would work as well as how it looked in my mind and so when it did work out, I felt very confident about it! I adored the femininity of the floral print dress with the equally feminine style of the pleated skirt. Though with the skirt being metallic, it definitely gave the feminine tones a more modern feel. I often like to bring an androgynous vibe to my outfits and it’s surprising how much of an effect an oversized blazer can have on a look. I mentioned before that it was quickly becoming a wardrobe staple of mine and I can’t see this changing anytime soon. More outfits to come is all I’m saying.
Over the weekend I managed to loose my NARS lipstick which my sister bought me for Christmas. I’ve been wearing almost everyday since receiving it and I really don’t have any good lipsticks for backup. Which sucks because it means I am going to have buy the same one again, when there is a perfectly good one lying around somewhere. I can almost guarantee you that when I do buy it again, the old one will turn up in a place that I have already looked in a hundred times over! You know it too, don’t you?! On the positive side of things, i’d eventually have to replace it in the future anyway, so I guess it’s not really waisting money.
Hope you have a good Monday and a brilliant week.
