No, I’m not a mentalist running around in November wearing slides with bare feet! These photos were taken a while ago just before it became to cold to wear them like this. I wore this out for a meal with the boyfriend. I’ve mentioned before, that I like to keep my outfits to a minimal style when it comes to evening wear and quite often its black and navy that are my go to colours of choice. I don’t purposely restrict myself to this pallet, it’s just thats what i’m usually drawn to. (see Here) I also try and use a luxe mixture of textures to make up for the simplicity.
Yesterday was my sisters 22nd birthday and thankfully it all went as planned, in some ways better then planned! See my mum has been in and out of hospital this last year and half and she was back in there last week and we didn’t think she would be let out in time but to our surprise she was. I took care of the decorations and I tried to create an enchanted forest sort of theme. I did get some photos, so I will try and get round to posting some of them soon.
Well, it’s the weekend once again and i’m looking forward to some time with the boyfriend. Hopefully I will hit my local Vintage shop on Saturday and then for hot chocolate on Sunday for those ultimate cosy autumn vibes. I hope you all have a lovely weekend also.
