Looking back at these photos now, I am somewhat reminded of my teenage years. At the time of wearing this I was thinking of a cool, causal 70s Farrah Fawcett but now, looking at these photos I can’t help but think back to when I was about 15-16 years old. This was a time when I used to wear my perfectly flared low rise 7 Jeans an inexpensive pair of trainers and a fitted t-shirt that would finish just a few inches above the top part of my low rise jeans because this is what was considered “Hot”at the time.
Okay, so way back then the jeans weren’t a high waisted 70s kinda cool, my trainers are now far from being inexpensive and my t-shirt isn’t fitted and there for is not showing off my figure or the lower part of my stomach for that matter! But the basics are there, just updated. I also remember that when I was that age, my sartorial choices were often inspired and determined by what all the popstars were wearing at the time. I often wonder if it’s the same for teens now? Or has that kind of stylistic influence gone by the wayside now?
Tell me your thoughts?
Take care,
